Group Training


Group training is an amazing way of having FUN, getting fit and staying motivated towards your health and fitness goals.

What I offer:

  • Functional Training.
  • Game Based Training.
  • Strength and Conditioning.
  • Circuit Training.
  • Boxing.
  • Cardiovascular Endurance Training.

Group sessions will be conducted outdoors during the warmer months and when we fear rain will interrupt our sessions, an indoor facility has been arranged.

All sessions are 60 minutes duration unless stated. Please arrive before the session is due to start.
